The reason for this situation is that mobile operators can start selling phone numbers again after a certain period of time.

Please follow these steps to refund your money:

1. Send the order number or the phone number.

2. Attach a screenshot showing the registration process or, if you have entered the account successfully, send the account activity history. Your screenshot requires the following information: 

  • Phone number.

  • Registration time. 

  • Verification code.

  • Notification showing that phone number is already in use or e-mail has already been added to the account.
